FOLLOW STEPS BELOW:
- Check your email, there is an instruction where to make a downpayment via GCASH/PAYMAYA or BANK TRANSFER.if you didn’t get an email, it means your email is invalid or it’s in your spam folder.
- Once you made a downpayment, screenshot it and send it to our
FB or IG: @cutzandcurlzbyjazz OR
- You will recieve a FINAL confirmation from where you send the screenshot of the downpayment. please be patience with us as we are getting tons of message everyday. we will message you as soon as we can.
- Once you recieve a FINAL CONFIRMATION from us, you will recieve an automated SMS for a reminder of your appointment. please make sure your contact number is correct. you will also get an automated EMAIL REMINDER about your appointment, location, etc.,
- If you made a Deposit VIA PAYPAL. no need to follow Steps 1-3.
-FOR CUT & STYLE SERVICE: please come to salon with 100% dry hair, washed and detangled. You can put leave on conditioner but do not put heavy styler such as hair gel or heavy oils (as we are going to style your hair after the cut)
-FOR EXPRESS CUT SERVICE (Recommended for quick trim and reshaping): please come to salon with 100% dry hair and with styled hair already.
-FOR CUT & COLOR SERVICE: please shampoo your hair with clarifying or normal sulfate shampoo. 2 days or a day before of your appointment. DO NOT use Conditioner. Also come to salon with 100% dry hair as well.
PLEASE DO NOT COME WITH HAIR THAT HAS TANGLED OR KNOTS, Otherwise, you will be charge for other service. (please see Rates and Services)
you can change or reschedule your booking within 24 hours after you filled out the form. if it’s beyond 24 hours, any changes in your schedule is subject to Reschedule/Cancellation fee. it will be charge 50% of your down payment.
Unable to inform cancellation within 48 Hours from the day of your appointment, your DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
please come on time as we are strictly via appointment. we have 15mins grace period. beyond 15mins, is subject for Cancellation/Reschedule and you will be charge for it. however, if another stylist is available there is no fee to be collected. please understand that there are client next to your appointment and it’s unfair to them if we still accommodate you.
- NO SHOW:
if you did not show on your appointment day, your deposit will be forfeited.
please understand that our appointment slots gets fully booked specially on the weekends. our salon is operated on a very limited time. that time you booked for us is important. and so our time for you. if you cancel that appointment, we lose our income.
we appreciate your respect in our policy.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING OTHER GUEST WITH YOU! Unless, If a Client is below 15 Years old, he/she can be accompanied by 1 Adult only.
our salon can only accommodate for clients who has CONFIRMED appointments only.
there is a P250 pay parking in the building. (it’s not worth it.)
or, you can Park at your own risk at the side street.
or, you can just leave your car and take a Grab.
NO. We don’t do perming services. or any type of service related to relaxer, brazilian blowout, keratin treatment, high heat curling iron etc., our service is totally different from any other salon.
During your appointment, we have consultation to do. we ask our client about history on their hair such as allergies, product you use, the cut you want, etc. it is very important to tell us the truth about your hair. any information that you don’t disclose to the stylist/s will not their liability. please note that all services are non-refundable. if you have an issue with your service please let us know within 48 hours and we will attempt to rectify the situation. we reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion.
For any defective / damage product, kindly send us the photo of the product received at email@example.com.
to exchange the product, kindly wait 1-3 days to shipped your new product and send us(or we will pick up) the defective/damage product. no refund will be made.
if you want a refund, send us the copy of the receipt, full name, contact number and GCASH. we will give you the refund 1-3days.
