PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT?
DO's
- - PLEASE BE ON TIME. You have 15 minutes grace period. Beyond that, is subject for reschedule or cancel with fee. As we have another next appointment after you.
- - STRICTLY NO COMPANIONSHIP ALLOWED. Unless he/she is also a client that has a confirmed booking. Our salon is strictly practicing Social Distancing so we have limited capacity inside the salon.
- - FOR CUT & STYLE SERVICE: please come to salon with 100% dry hair, washed and detangled. You can put leave on conditioner but do not put heavy styler such as hair gel or heavy oils (as we are going to style your hair after the cut)
- - FOR EXPRESS CUT SERVICE (Recommended for quick trim and reshaping): please come to salon with 100% dry hair and with styled hair already.
- - FOR CUT & COLOR SERVICE: please shampoo your hair with clarifying or normal sulfate shampoo. 2 days or a day before of your appointment. DO NOT use Conditioner. Also come to salon with 100% dry hair as well.
DONT's
- - DON'T arrive with a ponytail, with cap/hat on bun, braids, twisted out, etc., or any style that stretches or changes your hair's natural curl pattern. You can use a scrunchie if you want to tie your hair.
- - DON'T brush or comb your hair when its dry. as they will become more frizzy. it's important to see the curl pattern on their natural state.
- - DON'T EAT FOOD INSIDE THE SALON. we can allow you to bring food but we have balcony outside, you can eat and drink in that area.
